1st Annual Friends Update

Monday, June 22, we gathered at the Marina for our 1st Annual Friends Update Meeting – a special evening dedicated to sharing how your generosity makes a difference at Warriors’ Path State Park. đź’š

From updates by our Board of Directors to hearing from Park Manager Chris Cole about exciting projects and progress throughout the park, it was a wonderful reminder of what we can accomplish together. And of course, ice cream made the evening even sweeter! 🍦

Thank you to everyone who supports Friends of Warriors’ Path State Park through donations, volunteering, and encouragement. Your support helps us continue enhancing and preserving this special place for generations to come.

Become a Friend by donating! Remember donating to Friends of Warriors’ Path State Park guarantees your donation is directly used at Warriors’ Path.

It is important to note that any money you give to Friends goes directly to benefit Warriors’ Path State Park.

Park facilities such as the golf course, campsites, and rentals do generate revenue; however this money goes into the state’s overall budget for all TN State Parks. Monies returned to the Warriors’ Path budget are not adequate to meet current or future needs for maintenance and improvements. And that is where Friends comes in – to provide to the Park for things beyond just the operating budget.
